They come from a small number of strategic initiatives that have the potential to fundamentally change the trajectory of the company.

The Role

Your job is simple: create a 10× outcome for Flint.

We already know what the highest-leverage opportunities are. At any given time, there are one or two strategic initiatives underway that have the potential to 10× Flint’s revenue by unlocking a new market, securing a transformational customer, or opening an entirely new geography.Your job isn’t to find those opportunities—it’s to make one of them successful.These initiatives typically last 6–12 months and require working across every function of the company. You’ll be the single owner responsible for driving one from kickoff to completion, working directly with customers and alongside product, sales, and operations to ensure nothing stands in the way.

There is no playbook. No handholding. Success is binary.

What You’ll Do

• Own one of Flint’s highest-leverage strategic initiatives from kickoff to completion, with complete accountability for the outcome.

• Work across engineering, product, sales, operations, marketing, and leadership to remove every obstacle standing between the project and success.

• Do whatever the project requires to succeed—whether that’s traveling internationally on short notice, taking meetings outside normal hours, spending days onsite with customers, or jumping into whatever else moves the project forward.

• You’ve founded a company, been an early employee, or owned a business-critical initiative where success depended on you driving the outcome.

• You thrive in ambiguity, move fast with incomplete information, and naturally take ownership without waiting to be told what to do.
