Is the PLC agenda generator free?
Yes, it's free for teachers, and there's no limit on how many agendas you can make.
Is there a PLC agenda template I can reuse?
Yes. Ask for an agenda and keep it as your template: desired outcomes, a timed table of segments, discussion questions, decisions to make, evidence to bring and action items with owners. Sparky leaves placeholders like [e.g., ...] for anything you haven't told it, so the same agenda works for the next meeting.
Can it write SMART goals?
Yes. Tell Sparky your baseline, your target and the timeframe, and it writes the goal with a line for each SMART letter, such as "By the Unit 4 test in six weeks, 80% of 7th grade students will score 70% or better on fraction-to-decimal items, up from a current baseline of 48%." Sparky won't invent baseline data, so it asks for your results first. Flint's SMART goals generator is built for this.
Can I attach our assessment data?
Yes. Attach the item analysis or score report as a PDF, a spreadsheet or a CSV, or import it from Google Drive or OneDrive, and Sparky builds the discussion around what the data shows.
Can it fit our meeting length and protocol?
Yes. Say how long the meeting runs and Sparky times each segment to fit. If your team uses a protocol, such as the Tuning Protocol for looking at student work, name it and Sparky builds the agenda around its steps.
