Flint for students

The best way to learn with AI.

Sparky knows every subject you're taking and explains it the way you need: by text or voice, with a diagram or a worked step, in any language, at any hour.

Questions students ask

What can Sparky help me with?

Anything in your classes: explaining a topic, walking through a problem, feedback on a draft, studying for a test, practicing a language, or a project. It works from the materials your teacher uploaded, and it can search the web and cite what it finds.

Will Sparky just give me the answer?

It teaches first: a question or a hint, then a worked step, then more if you're still stuck. How much help it gives is set by your teacher for each activity, so it can differ from class to class.

Can my teacher see my chats?

Yes. Your teacher can open any of your sessions and read the whole conversation, and your school's administrators can too. That's what makes it fine to use for schoolwork: everyone can see you did the thinking.

What if I tell Sparky something personal?

Sparky will answer with care and point you to a trusted adult. If what you say sounds like you or someone else could be in trouble, your school is told, so a real person can check in.

How do I get Flint?

Through your school. If your teachers use Flint, sign in with the Google or Microsoft account your school gave you. If they don't yet, ask a teacher to try it: it's free for up to 80 users.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Your school provides Flint. There's nothing for you to buy.

Can I use it in another language?

Yes. Your teacher sets Sparky's main language and any others you can use, and you can speak to it and hear it back in that language.
