This assignment cover page allows teachers at Wesleyan to specify which level of AI use they will allow for an assignment. The teachers can add additional comments and the students can describe their use of AI and cite any AI tools they used.
Allison shared an entire folder with the materials the Wesleyan team used to form their AI committee, craft their policy, and share their policy with others. Included are Matt Miller's book AI for Educators, book study questions, presentations about their process, and more. The full folder can be found here.

"Last school year, 2023-2024, we formed AI committees comprised of a teacher from every department, middle school and high school. We wanted to have a good meld of teachers in those committees. […] The members were given four goals at the start of the committee that we were going to work on throughout the year:
Acquire a working understanding of AI.
Learning how to best integrate AI within each academic department using Flint and other tools.
Define academic integrity with AI.
Create a school-wide AI policy."
