Abu Dhabi is the first market in the MENA region where Flint is undertaking an initiative of this scale. Its success will shape how we expand across the emirate and the wider region.

The Role

Flint is undertaking a major initiative across private and charter schools in Abu Dhabi. Its success will depend not simply on how many schools launch Flint, but on whether teachers and students genuinely adopt it and continue using it.

Your job is to make that happen.

You’ll take over day-to-day ownership of the initiative from Flint’s co-founder and CEO, Sohan, and become accountable for the success of participating schools.

You’ll spend significant time onsite, working directly with school leaders and teachers to launch Flint, understand how it is being used, identify barriers to adoption, and resolve them quickly. You’ll know which schools are thriving, which are struggling, and exactly what needs to happen next in each one.

This is a highly hands-on role. You won’t manage the initiative from a distance or simply report on its progress. You’ll be expected to build relationships inside schools, drive action, and personally ensure that Flint becomes meaningfully embedded in teaching and learning.

If the initiative succeeds, it will create the foundation for Flint's continued growth across Abu Dhabi and the wider region.

What You’ll Do

• Own the successful launch and sustained adoption of Flint across participating schools in Abu Dhabi.

• Spend significant time onsite understanding how Flint is being used, identifying barriers, and resolving problems in real time.

• Build strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and internal champions, while sharing successful practices across the initiative.

• Coordinate with government regulators on reporting, data, feedback, and other operational requirements.

• Translate recurring school feedback into clear product needs, keep Flint’s leadership informed of progress and risks, and work closely with the U.S.-based product and engineering teams.

Regular travel by car across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra is required, as is meaningful overlap with U.S. working hours. A valid driver’s license is required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who wants full ownership of a high-stakes rollout. You’ll need to operate comfortably across schools, government stakeholders, and product teams.

• You enjoy being onsite with schools and working directly with educators to drive adoption.

• You build trust with senior stakeholders and day-to-day school staff, and can move comfortably between the two.

• You can manage a large, multi-school rollout while remaining close to individual school outcomes.

• You combine strong operational judgement with the ability to turn school feedback into clear product direction.

• You take ownership, move quickly with limited information, and have played a central role in an initiative where the outcome materially depended on you.
