Flint for colleges and universities
Flint is the all-in-one AI platform for colleges and universities. With Flint, instructors can build lessons, assignments, and activities in minutes, dispatch those to students, and provide instant feedback across the entire classroom.

Built for how you already run the course
Build activities
Upload lecture slides, PDFs, journal articles or links, or describe the activity to Sparky and let it draft one. Set a time limit and a deadline, then assign it to every section with one click.

Session analysis
Every submitted session comes back with strengths, areas of improvement and a follow-up, so you and your TAs walk into the next lecture knowing where the room is.
found both firms' best responses
Low beats High in both columns, so Low is dominant for Alto.
explained why High, High isn't stable
Either firm can switch to Low and get 8 instead of 6.
Six students pick the best joint outcome instead of the best response.
Live sessions
The sessions table updates as students start, work and submit. Sparky alerts you when someone is stuck, and anyone teaching the course can open a session and read the whole conversation, during the activity or after.

In every session
What students get in a session
Sparky works from the materials you give it, cites them, checks every calculation, and runs the code students write. Students get a tutor that knows your course, not one that has read the whole internet.
Academic integrity
Guided by design, and on the record
Flint is built so that students do the thinking and instructors can see that they did.
Built for campus IT
Rostering, sign-in and access the way your campus already works
See the integrationsNot shared
Flint does not share student data, or any other user data, with third parties.
Not used to train AI
Nothing a student writes in Flint is used to train AI models.
Kept separate
Each institution's data is kept apart from every other's, and the AI providers Flint runs on can't reach it.
Signed agreements, on request
Flint signs a data processing agreement with any institution that needs one, written to US state law and EU GDPR.
Questions instructors and campus leaders ask
What does Flint cost?
Flint is free for up to 80 users at an institution, counting students, instructors and administrators. Paid plans cover more users and add LMS integration and institution-wide analytics. See pricing for details.
How do students sign in?
With the Google or Microsoft accounts your campus already issues. Sections and enrollments can also be imported from Canvas, Schoology and other LMS and SIS systems.
Will Sparky just give students the answer?
You decide, activity by activity. You set Sparky's role, its guidelines and its response style. Sparky guides with questions and hints first, and gives more when your settings call for it. Every conversation stays open to you.
Can I see what students write?
Yes. Open any student's session to read the whole conversation, with Sparky's analysis of strengths, areas of improvement and a follow-up above the transcript. Administrators at your institution can open any session too.
Does Sparky get the facts right?
Sparky works from the materials you upload and cites them with numbered markers, checks every calculation in sandboxed Python, and follows the guidelines you set for each activity.
Can students use Flint on their own, outside an activity?
If your institution allows it. Personal chats with Sparky are logged like any other session and can be opened by administrators, and access can be limited by hours, days and networks.
